An uproar erupted in Muritala Mohammed Airport, Lagos on Wednesday after two international airplanes collided. A middle East Airline Airbus 330-247 with registration number OD-MEA ran into a Boeing 777 airplane with registration number TC-LJC managed by Turkish Airlines.
Earlier, reports say that the Middle East airbus ran into a Turkish cargo plane parked at the international airport apron.
Also, it states that the MEA Airbus, had to disembark every passenger on board. Although, they had been taking in passengers since 12:00pm.
Moreover, Sahara Reporters recounted that the MEA and others were running commercial flights under the disguise of evacuation.
In their report, they said; “These people have been running commercial flights under the disguise of evacuation. They come to this country at least three times a week.”
